• Email address submitted through the waitlist form.
• Optional influencer code submitted through the waitlist form.
• Any information you send to us directly by email.
• Technical request data processed by third-party providers when external assets such as hosted fonts or embedded resources are loaded.

Why we process your data

• To operate and secure the website, based on our legitimate interest in providing a functioning site.
• To manage waitlist signups and send launch or project updates if you ask to hear from us, based on your consent.
• To respond to your inquiries and handle follow-up communication, based on consent, pre-contractual communication, or legitimate interests depending on the request.
• To comply with legal obligations where retention or disclosure is required by law.

This notice is intended to align with Articles 6 and 13 GDPR, but it should still be reviewed against your final workflow and tooling.

Recipients and service providers

We may share personal data with service providers that help us operate the site and collect waitlist submissions, including our hosting provider and Formspark for the waitlist form endpoint used on this website.

• We may keep information longer if required to satisfy legal, accounting, or compliance obligations.

Your GDPR rights

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If Curve Chaos is operated from Stuttgart, Germany, one possible supervisory authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Wuerttemberg.
